Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required in order for work to commence.
Payment
Upon completion, a photo of your colored pencil drawing will be emailed to you for your approval. Obviously artwork is very subjective and individual taste vary, but should the portrait not meet expectations, I may be able to make adjustments, however, I would need to charge an extra $25 a day for additional work on the piece. Once the balance has been received, your commissioned pet portrait will be shipped.
Shipping Damage
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit please send a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. Return the portrait to me and I will arrange another date for replacement work to recommence on my client waiting list
Copyright
As the artist, I. Varlo Davenport, will retain full copyright on all artwork that I produce, including prints. I will have the sole right to have my artwork reproduced. When a piece of work is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it on my website and on my social media pages. If you would like a commission to be kept a secret for a special occasion, please notify me so that I know when it is safe to share publicly.
